“With Robyn’s help I have lost 50 pounds! She has been so understanding of all my old excuses and problems! One of my favorite things in the world is how strong and empowered I feel now. Due to Robyn’s help I have lost fat mass, increased lean muscle, and helped to speed up my metabolism. This has helped me to maintain the weight loss that I accomplished. Robyn is AWESOME and so positive and motivational! I know that she can help you just like she helped me.”

“After developing a hypo-thyroid disease, I had been told by so many people, including doctors, that it would pretty much be impossible to lose weight. Before I met Robyn, I had tried so many different diet and exercise plans and all ended in failure. I had just about given up on trying to lose weight when a friend had recommended Robyn to me. I was very skeptical in getting a personal trainer and nutritionist, but I figured I had nothing to lose! After meeting with Robyn, I was very excited to start her personalized programs. Robyn helped me find a diet plan that worked for my body and my disease. Robyn is amazing!!! She tailors everything to you personally. I was able to lose 40 pounds and gain back my self-esteem and confidence that I have been missing for years! I recommend Robyn to everyone!”

I was able to lose 10% body fat between January and September 2017 because of her help! I am constantly so impressed with Robyn’s guidance and expertise. It’s truly invaluable!”

“Meal plans with FitRobyn have allowed me to get results and to feel like I’m not even on a diet! The meal plans are so versatile, and even include recipes for foods that taste so indulgent… I feel like I’m cheating! I love that her meal plans include guilt free “comfort” food. After trying so many other diet programs, it’s been a nice refreshing change! I’m so glad to have Robyn!”
