Melissa came to me for general weight loss and lifestyle help. She is a busy, working mother of 4 who lost some weight on her own and was in need of further guidance. I created custom meal plans, complete workout plan, cardio program, and provided supplement guidance. I incorporated foods that Melissa liked to eat and made sure that the meals and snacks worked with her busy schedule.

Melissa followed the plans I provided and checked in once per week via email by sending weight, progress pics (shown) and other feedback as to how the week went. Based on this report, I adjusted her meal plans, created a totally NEW meal plan to keep things interesting and tasty (I do this for all of my clients), and also recommended changes to cardio exercise (if needed).

Gradually, Melissa started seeing major results! She loved the muscle she was building, the weight kept dropping, and she felt SO strong and fit. She has to… if she wants to keep up with 4 boys plus hubby.

Melissa eventually decided to set a goal to compete in NPC Bikini division in Salt Lake City on October 13, 2018. Due to this ambitious goal, her training went up a notch! And she stepped it up! It’s a good thing she is tough – did I mention that Melissa is also an army vet?! ?

Well she did it! At the start of training with me, Melissa was 145 pounds and on the morning of her competition, Melissa weighed in at 112.4 lbs – her leanest ever!! She’s now looking lean and mean. So proud of you Melissa!!
